The Island

This is the actual thread for the island. The goal is to survive. At this point, any newcomers may join when they feel the game is at a reasonable part. You all have 25 HP. Certain actions and scenarios will cause you damage, whther it be through violence or through the environmental hazards. ALL MEMBERS WHO HAVE SIGNED UP BY THE TIME OF THIS POST HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED. Oe more thing, please post in 1st person, you are playing as yourself after all.

I awoke coughing bitter salt water, i looked up to see sand sticking to my face ashore a strang unfamiliar island.

not to far lay my suit case full of my possesions, i hazardly get up and walk farther up land away from the water.i lay there next to a suit able camp site and set up my hamock stowed in my case and lay there waiting for the others still asleep on the shore to awaken...

I yawned loudly, stretching as I stood up. I began to set up my tent, working slowly but surely. I take my axe, chopping down a small tree, hoping that someone else was smart enough to bring a fire starter.

I stretched sitting by the small fire, next to my tent. I sat and warmed off my limbs after the freezing cold dip in the ocean earlier. I was glad I had brought my flint rocks with me, my vessel had crashed and I had crash landed on this island earlier. I had set up my tent, collected fire wood, and made a small blaze. I sat admiring the flames woundering what would happen to me on this god forsaken island.

I stood up, dusting myself off. "Eww, nature." I said, picking up my military bag full of items. I walk over to Flex's tent and set up my own, and threw my bag in after. I walk over to the fire and sit down.

I smiled at Veldrin "ah I see you survived, that is good to know, we might need each others help to make it out of here" I said. I thought about food, and shelter, and wild animals, it was not going to be easy. I looked over the flames at Veldrin "what do you have with you?" I asked hoping he had useful items.

"Well, i obviously have a tent." I said, getting up and grabbing my bag, and heading back to sit down. "I have: Matches, a Machete, a Lighter, a First aid kit, a sleeping bag, two Dresden Files books, a cooking pot, two bags of ramen, a tent for two, and some spare clothes" I told Flex the stuff i had. "Oh, and call me Mike, Veldrin is my forum name" I said, putting up the hood for my zip-up disturbed hoody.

I nodded "sounds like pretty good stuff. Call me Kenny then" I replied. I pulled out my combat knife and jabbed it into a stick, toying with the blade. I entertained myself with the knife for a while before saying "what should we do for food?" he asked knowing that Mike had two bags of Ramen, but that would not last anyone long.

"We got us some weapons, i'm sure we could hunt down an animal or two....assuming i feel like walking in the woods." I said, as i shuddered at the thought of walking around hunting. "That's the only thing i can think of...unless we want to eat Trey over there." I chuckled as i pointed to the still passed out Trey.

i awoke atop my hamock from a lad chopping a tree, i got up and grabbed my axe. " need assistance ?" i asked and began chopping the other end.

i wondered how we would us this wood, probably for a fire but we had nothing to start it with. " we should set up camp aswell, do you have a tent." i asked " i have some taro and rope we could use." i ofered for him and went back to chopping the tree down...

i realized the lad was quite but friendly enough i hoped to help build a fire. but to each his own i suppose for the wildeness could bring the worst out of people.

"It's nature, in other words. No, it's a horrible island." I grumbled, as i hooked the machete on my studded black belt. "I hate sand." I mumbled putting the bag of supplies next to me.

"Whatcha got that could help us out?" I asked, already getting bored of the island.

OOC: Prodigy, we are on seperate parts of the island, Hippie told me that.

OOC my bad then lets justr say i saw you but not your camp

I searched the area for other people, that weren't in my camp, after piling the firewood near my tent.

Guys... did I mention this was an RPG? and not an RP?

(Tech. you only told me that, but i don't think i have done anything that would make it seem like an rp instead)

You can't see us, or our camp, we are on a different part of the island you picked a different camp. Edit you're post please.

Yeah, I just noticed that everyone was sort of assuming that they were close toghether and one guy started with a fire going already. I'll fix it now...

Everybody wakes up on the beach, in their respective camp areas. None of the events before this post actually happened.

OOC: Yessir.

I began to set up my tent in a flat spot in my camp area, off of the beach hopefully. He set all of his things inside of his tent, taking a seat outside of it.
